Love is a bondage word that can either be good love or bad love. Love is my Weapon is a memoir that is about the childhood trauma that I suffered. We all in some point in our lives have suffered some type of trauma whether it be in childhood or adult hood. What are some ways that we can deal with past traumas in our lives without it disturbing our futures?
Vision
My vision is to create a space for people to maintain their purpose and integrity by sharing their life experiences to the right people at the right time and most importantly in God's timing.

Mission
My mission is to reach individuals all over the world and to motivate them to get rid of their fears and have the courage to master being a warrior.

Put them boxing gloves on and SWING because you are in control

Dealing with past traumas can be a difficult and emotional process, but it is also an important step in healing and moving forward. Here are some steps you can take to begin dealing with past traumas:

  1. Seek support: It can be helpful to talk to a therapist or a trusted friend or family member about your experiences.

  2. Practice self-care: Taking care of your physical and emotional well-being can help you feel stronger and more capable of dealing with difficult emotions. This might include things like getting enough sleep, eating well, and finding ways to relax and de-stress.

  3. Use healthy coping mechanisms: It can be helpful to find healthy ways to cope with your emotions, such as through exercise, writing in a journal, or practicing mindfulness.

  4. Seek closure: If possible, try to find a way to bring closure to the traumatic event or experience. This might involve finding ways to forgive those involved or finding ways to make amends or find resolution.

  5. Seek professional help: If you are struggling to cope with your emotions or if your past trauma is affecting your daily life, it may be helpful to seek professional help from a therapist or counselor. They can provide you with the support and guidance you need to work through your experiences and find healing.
